This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Belgian Act of 30 July 2018 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data.
When you contact us by email or phone, you may voluntarily provide your name, email address, phone number, company name, and project description. We do not require this information to browse our website.
Our website contact form is designed to collect no personally identifying information. It accepts only a service category selection and an anonymous message. No name, email address, or other direct identifier is requested. Data submitted through the form is therefore outside the scope of the GDPR (GDPR Recital 26).
Our web server logs standard technical data including truncated IP addresses (last octet zeroed), browser type, pages visited, and timestamp. This data is retained for a maximum of 30 days for security monitoring and is not used to identify individuals.
This website loads images from Unsplash CDN (operated by Unsplash Inc. / Imgix Inc., USA). When your browser loads a page containing these images, your IP address and browser metadata are transmitted to Unsplash's servers as part of the standard HTTP request. This is technically unavoidable when loading remote images. The lawful basis for this transfer is Legitimate Interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) — it is necessary for the website to display its content. Unsplash processes this data under their own Privacy Policy.
Action recommended: We are in the process of migrating all images to self-hosted copies on our own server, which will eliminate this third-party connection entirely. Until that migration is complete, Unsplash CDN usage is disclosed here.

We do not use consent as a lawful basis and do not send marketing communications.
We do not sell or rent personal data. We may share data only with IT service providers acting as processors under written Data Processing Agreements (EU data centres only), professional advisors under confidentiality obligations, and authorities where required by Belgian or EU law.
All personal data is stored and processed within the EEA. Where a processor is located outside the EEA, we ensure adequate protection through Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
